Room is spacious and well-equipped. I enjoyed the onsen, especially the outdoor area. Great to unwind after a long day. The complimentary beer after the bath is a nice touch, and free ramen at 9:30 PM was a delightful surprise. Staff are attentive and manage the onsen service well. However, there was a sewerage smell in the bathroom during my stay, which was a bit off-putting. Parking situation can be tricky during busy times, and the lighting in the room felt a bit dim. Overall, a worthwhile stay despite a few issues.

The parking situation was an absolute nightmare, with limited space and narrow access, making it stressful just to find a spot. The rooms are on the small side!!! Also, the noise from neighboring visitors can be bothersome and it's a bit silly to have to dispose of your own rubbish at the lift lobby!!!

Dormy Inn Kumamoto exceeded my expectations with its serene onsen experience, perfectly located near the tram and shopping street. The complimentary ramen in the evening was a delightful surprise that really hit the spot after a long day of exploring.

However, the room was a bit smaller than I had anticipated, feeling slightly cramped. There was also a minor issue with soundproofing, as I could hear some activity from neighboring rooms. While it didn't significantly detract from my experience, it was noteworthy.

This place suits me perfectly, providing great amenities like free wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and a massage room. On my first stay, the staff helped return forgotten belongings, which I really appreciated. I recommend trying the onsen and enjoying the evening ramen. I'm coming back for a business trip.

the onsen was a fantastic way to relax after my city strolls, and I loved how it was only a short walk to attractions like kumamoto castle and local eateries.

the location was superb, just a quick stroll to shopping and great restaurants. breakfast was the highlight (loved the fresh omelette chef! ). the staff was polite and attentive too.
